Perfect for families with a fully stocked kitchen, three bedrooms, a large family room, and three full bathrooms. Top it off with a brand new 3-person sauna to relax in, and you’ve got a wonderful family retreat!

Wonderful newer 3-bedroom, 3 bath townhome at touristy Bear Lake. Walking distance (less than 15min) to "downtown" as well a 3 minute walk to a full-on grocery mart, gas station, a souvenir shop & a bike rental place - if you'd rather ride & glide. The marina is also within walking distance.The home was clean, light, and airy, and the host provided everything as expected. The home also had a sauna, gas BBQ grill, a foosball table, and board games to keep you entertained in case of bad weather or you just need to chill and relax. We visited during the shoulder season, so many restaurants and gift shops were not open. But it was relaxing to be at the lake before the summer holiday season kicks off.We would absolutely pick this charming home again.

This townhouse is located in a great area of garden city. There is a grocery store within walking distance and a walk/bike path nearby. It is a very clean place, well-stocked and very comfortable. The tv system was simple to work and all appliances were in great working condition. We loved staying here and enjoyed being able to get to the Beaver mountain resort within 20 minutes as well as some great hiking trails. We would definitely stay here again.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! This townhouse is in the perfect location and right by all the fun in town. It was the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in and a very nice place. Clean new basic property with a weird layout

We were pleased enough with our stay, but wished the listing had clarified a few more things... especially the layout. The main level has a kitchen, master bedroom w master bathroom. The second level has the living room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. We really wanted and expected the living and dining room would be on the same level. Since it’s not, unfortunately this meant our family was often split in two different locations instead of all having a central location to spend together. Also, if you want to use a bathroom on the main level you have to go into the master bedroom and to the master bathroom. There is not a powder room on the main level for guests to use. The kitchen supplies are very basic, so you may be happier if you mostly plan to eat out. The unit is new and was clean, so that’s a positive. They also give you a list of chores to do upon checking out which we thought was too much after paying cleaning fee. Overall, I feel like for some it could be a great rental for you, but it's nice to know a few more details ahead of booking. We did get it for the price of other two bedrooms we were looking at so the price was good, and the location was great.

The 'chores' we ask are simple things that allow our housekeeper to clean an entire over 2,000 square foot home in between guests in less than 5 hours (imagine all that laundry!), and we have found them to be pretty standard among all the professional house cleaners in Garden City: take your garbage out to the bin in the garage, start the dishwasher, and remove your food from the fridge. We'll take your advice and add more info about the layout of our home to the listing. Thanks!
