About this space
Nestled in the heart of West Seattle, this centrally located 3-bedroom modern townhome offers a prime location & stylish living space. Situated between California Avenue & SW Hanford St, this townhome is within walking distance of a vibrant array of shops, restaurants, & entertainment options.

Either enjoy the outdoor neighborhood or spend your time on a private balcony attached to the master bedroom.

The space
Our townhome is 4 story house with covered balcony on 4th floor, attached to Master bedroom. The first floor has an entrance to a hallway that leads to stairs for 2nd floor living room or kitchen. The third floor has two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds), one full bathroom and laundry. The fourth floor contains the master suite with a king bed, full bathroom, and attached covered balcony.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to enjoy the second, third, and fourth floor of this Townhome.
Other things to note
1. We are on a relatively busy street. The benefits are very convenient access to shops and restaurants, but this also comes with some street noise.
2. There is heating on all floors controlled by a thermostat, but we don't have air conditioning at this townhome currently.
2. Also please note that the four-story layout is probably not the best for people with disabilities.

We couldn’t ask for a better experience! The property is spacious, modern, and so well appointed, A very welcoming and relaxing place. The location in West Seattle is within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, PCC market, and the Junction, making it ideal for exploring on foot. Our family really enjoyed staying there. I would highly recommend this place and hope to rent it in the future.Check-in and check-out were so easy and Suresh was accommodating and helpful at every turn.Overall 5 stars!

The location and space was perfect for our Seattle vacation. There are many restaurants to choose from nearby and are walkable. The beach is nearby and the main attractions are just a short drive away. We were a group of 4 and had plenty of space to ourselves in this townhome.

This was a perfect spot to land while visiting family in West Seattle. On a very Popular Street with tons of walkable activities for me and my family to enjoy. Home was very clean and well appointed and suited our needs perfectly. This will be our first choice when visiting the area in the future!!

Fantastic rental in West Seattle! Host was always responsive. Rental was just as advertised. The best strew to stay on. One block from PCC ( amazing grocery store) coffee shops - multiple restaurants, shops which ever direction you went.

Great space for group

Very spacious and homey townhouse w/all amenities needed for an extended stay. Host responded & addressed issues quickly. Only downside was there are lots of stairs.
