As you enter this air-conditioned charmer, you will discover a beautifully decorated interior with ski-themed decor and a spacious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. Make yourself at home and spread out comfortably in the welcoming living room, furnished with a comfortable sectional and a large smart TV with streaming services. Large windows allow you to admire breathtakingly beautiful vistas from the comfort of your home. The spacious chef's kitchen has been appointed with all stainless steel appliances, sparkling countertops, and beautiful wooden cabinets. Enjoy delicious homemade feasts at the large dining table which is also a great spot to host entertaining board game nights. Speaking of games, the ping-pong table in the garage is sure to spark some friendly competition among you and your guests. The primary suite is spacious and enjoys a smart TV, access to the back patio, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in closet. The remaining bedrooms have smart TVs as well.

When it comes to outdoor living, this splendid home away from home boasts an extensive back patio that backs up to the 18th hole of the Woodlands golf course. Don't be surprised if during the fall months you also happen to spot elk roaming down the fairway! All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home will not have SHARC passes available until 02/01/2024. Daily admission can be purchased at the SHARC facility.
The fireplace is not available for guest use at this time.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
