Relax, refresh, and rejuvenate in the peaceful ambiance of Fruit Hill Farm Guest House. Minutes to everything Anderson Twp has to offer, along with a Deck, Fire Pit, Fountained Fishing pond, gardens and yet located only 15 minutes away from all events Cincinnati has to enjoy. This updated ranch home is amazing with a huge yard. With a private apartment downstairs, we ask that you refrain from gatherings of friends unless you rent The Nest as well. This home is an experience not to be missed.
This is a quiet neighborhood. We do not allow loud music, parties or events. No animals of any kind.

Beautiful Home

Very nice and relaxing property. It's near a major road with plenty of restaurants, yet tucked away in a very quiet and peaceful setting. The house is beautiful - there are plenty of seating areas and a huge, very modern kitchen. Owner had everything you could need if you forgot something. I only wish we were there more to enjoy it! We had a very busy weekend while staying there.

We needed a place for friends to stay while visiting us in town. This was a lovely home that was great for our needs. Only challenge was finding it in the dark. Be sure you check the instructions carefully and look at images in advance to help you navigate.

My son and his fiancé live 4 minutes from this property. We wanted to have our own space to relax in a nearby neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable for everyone. We loved this home and would stay here again!

Perfect space for family vacation.

We loved our stay! It was me, my husband and our 6 year old son. We had more than enough space and the house was so comfortable we all slept in extra late each day. Our 6 year old loved the swing and all the space outside. Stu and Cathy kept us up to date and made the VRBO process so easy.

This home is even more beautiful than the photos. We absolutely loved everything about this house. The owners, Stu and Cathy, are so kind and helpful. Our questions were answered promptly every time. The location is very nice. The property is spacious with a beautiful lawn and large pond. Quiet and bucolic. Would love to return next year!

Nice place to stay, great amenities, appliances, very clean, beautiful house. Parking is inadequate. There's an apartment in the basement of the house which is rented separately. If there are more than three cars total it is a problem. Thermostat is completely controlled by owner, must contact them to adjust to your liking. Overall, a good experience.

Perfect stay in Cincinnati!!

Our stay at The Guest House was awesome and the hosts absolutely saved us with a last minute booking! It was exactly as described, perfect space for our family of 4 with ample space. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and very homey. It has a super convenient location with restaurants and grocery right down the street. It’s in a residential neighborhood so it was very quiet and the backyard was beautiful- lots of room for the kids to run around, an awesome deck and a sweet little swing! The hosts were welcoming and provided great communication. Will book again and would definitely recommend!!

Perfect Fit

There were 6 of us: my husband and I from Florida and our daughter and her family from Oregon. Since we only get together a couple of times each year, we wanted to all be together rather than in separate hotel rooms. The Guest House perfectly met our needs. It felt like “home” as soon as we arrived. The children loved the swing and hammock in the back yard. . The adults enjoyed the deck and the park-like views. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, the three bedrooms were spacious. We would love to return ASAP!

The interior was wonderful. The appliances state-of-the-art. The two things that were negative were the walkway was very uneven (we had to cut through the grass on the side). The seating was meant for much younger joints. It has a handicap/elderly accessible shower which was a huge plus. I like that it was one level. The fireplace didn't work. Everything else was fine, workable. Thank you.

Great Family Gathering Home

The property is beautiful! My kids thoroughly enjoyed the swing and hammock out back. My husband loved the pond as well. The landscaping is peaceful & the kitchen has great appliances. We had family in the area come and join us for a few meals and there was plenty of space to seat everyone. We weren't aware at booking that the downstairs could be rented out separately, but I think they've updated the description. We had to be conscience of noise level. Otherwise the owners were avaliable if we needed anything and even let us tour their garden area on the adjoining property. Truly a beautiful home!

Fantastic Place for Families

This house is perfect for families! There are only 4 of us but we could have easily had 6+ people sleep comfortably. We have young children so the ranch was great and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Also, it was beautifully decorated and furnished with nicely renovated bathrooms and kitchen, including washer and dryer, which was really helpful. There was even a large fenced-in backyard that our kids really enjoyed playing in. This included a tree swing which was a huge hit. The best thing about it was that we were able to lounge on the back deck and watch the kids play! We were also very close to convenience and grocery stores and so many great restaurants on Beechmont Ave. I was also working Cincinnati Children's hospital main campus and the commute was only 20min. I'm sure this would be helpful for families visiting for Cincinnati Children's top children's hospital care or any unplanned visits there are multiple healthcare options. Overall this rental was the perfect option for our family. Also, the hosts were very communicative and attentive to our needs. If you need a place in the area, this is it!

We love to reimagine spaces with our guests in mind. We have been married since 1980 and currently have 12 grandchildren.
