The host was welcoming. Check in before 6pm was difficult as there was no one at reception. A man in front of the hotel said to drive up to Sun Dial to pick up our keys but our keys weren't there. Drove back to lobby to locate the "black box with a hitch" which was confusing since there was a black box wall safe also, which wouldn't open. Better if it was described as "black box for index cards". Drove to parking and there were no signs to indicate way to Silverado hotel elevators. Tried elevator which took us to residential units and elevator 2 was broken for our entire stay. Eventually, we found our way to handicap ramp which lead to hotel. All in all, it took over an hour to check in and was frustrating. More signs please for next time.
The walk to the base village wasn’t bad at all for me (wearing snowboard boots). I made basic meals in the room and enjoyed some local dining options as well. The lower level garage parking is very nice. Staff was super helpful. I’d definitely stay at the Silverado again.
We had an enjoyable stay and found the accommodations comfortable. The owner responded to a request for a couple of things that were missing (rubber mat for shower and extra bedding) which we appreciated. The building itself, seemed a bit old and dim. The sauna was broken the entire we were there and the elevators were out except for the last day, The location was pretty good but a good hike up to the lifts if you were carrying anything. The buses ran quite regularly in the morning which was nice.

Good enough
Came for a short stay for a day trip at park city. Pros:- Location - Parking garage - Shuttle to lift Cons:- Host very unresponsive - The facility staff were exceptionally rude and treat their VRBO customers like second-class citizens - very thin walls - elevator broken (nightmare with gear and bags)
Place was convenient as far as the location. Although had some problems but host was very responsive and tried to make the situation better. Elevator was out upon check in and they offered me a small refund.
The studio is clean, comfortable and in a great location. Walk to the lifts in 5 mins or take the shuttle which is reliable; about every 7-15 minutes. Ski lockers available and parking included. We’ve stayed at the Silverado before and have made it our go-to. The hosts for this unit are great. We Would highly recommend for two people.
This is a Studio Apt (no couch) at the Silverado Lodge. It's about a 10 minute walk up a small street to the Red Pine Gondola. There's a shuttle that runs frequently that will take you there.
The kitchen is stocked: 2 coffee makers, pots, pans, dishes, full sized fridge. Very nice. The bed was very comfortable.
We arrived after midnight and there was someone at the desk to make us keys for our room.
The kitchen trash & recycling were not taken out. The next morning, we tried to give the trash/recycling to the cleaning staff, but they said b/c this unit is privately owned and booked through VRBO, they were not responsible for it. We took it to the front desk & got the same answer: contact the host. After many attempts, the front desk finally took the trash & recycling.
We let the host know and she was responsive and very apologetic.
We asked the front desk for pool towels. They said the host had to provide them. We just used our room towels.
We needed toilet paper, dish soap and trash bags.
Same thing, the front desk told us to go through the host. The host was very helpful and had someone deliver the products and extra towels during our stay.
We also had no hotwater for 2 days and had to work with host for the building management to fix it.
The host offered a small discount/refund but after taxes and fees, it was less than $25.00.
Overall, convenient location/good room. Just know you need to go through the host for everything.
