Very happy with this stay. Everything we needed to make an enjoyable stay in Seattle. Very quiet neighborhood. Views from rooftop was an added plus. Beds very comfortable kitchen had everything you could need.

The property is in a good neighborhood with safe streets for walking and centrally located. Close proximity for shopping with well stocked kitchen. Street parking in general is available since no parking on site available. Able to pull up to house for loading and unloading. Great home. Great location.

Karen is an excellent host. This beautiful property is spacious and nicely furnished. My friends and I decided not to rent a car during our stay in Seattle. It was the right decision. Karen confirmed that the bus into the city was just a short walk from the property. We were close to grocery stores and restaurants. We would return to the rental tired, exhausted and happy to have such a safe place to relax and renew.If you are traveling to Seattle consider renting this property. Diane

This was the perfect rental for our visit to family who had just had a baby. It was located close to grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops, yet quiet and peaceful. We could batch cook to stock the new parents' freezer in the most wonderful kitchen. It had every appliance known to man (and some we didn't know!). Every spice, condiment, and seasoning was already supplied, which was incredibly generous. Not having to buy all that to only use a teaspoon was so helpful. The large living space allowed for wonderful family time. (The only downside was a rather small dining room table and only four chairs for a six-person rental.) The bedrooms and bathrooms were luxurious and comfortable. The generous supply of toiletries and towels made it feel like home. This was probably the cleanest rental we have ever seen! The rooftop terrace and barbeque were the icing on the cake. We would definitely choose to book this rental again each time we visit. Thank you to all involved.

The apartment was clean and had more kitchen supplies and appliances than any rental we’ve stayed in. The place was great but the parking was a real hassle. We often had to park blocks away. I’ve stayed at several places in Ballard wi street parking but never had his much trouble. The place and host were wonderful.

Great Ballard Location

We would stay here again. Enjoyed the great rooftop views even got to see the airshow Blue Angels. Well equipped kitchen with a gas oven which is rare in many rentals.

Great Townhouse in Ballard

We really enjoyed our stay at this really nice townhouse in Ballard. It is very modern and spacious with 3 levels, including a really nice kitchen and living room area, a very nice main bedroom, and great views from the deck.
