A GREAT LOCATION IN EVERY SEASON

Winter: Enjoy true ski-in/ski-out access from the property, making it easy to get on the mountain in the morning and return home at the end of the day without having to drive or transport your equipment. Blue Mountain Village is also just a short walk away for restaurants, shopping, après-ski and evening entertainment.

Spring, Summer & Fall: Step outside and enjoy the extensive hiking and biking trails around Blue Mountain. Spend the day exploring the mountain, enjoying the Village's restaurants, patios, shops and activities, or head to the beaches of Georgian Bay. Golf, Collingwood and the surrounding countryside are all within easy reach.

COMFORTABLE SPACE TO RELAX

The open concept main living area features a vaulted ceiling, comfortable seating and large windows overlooking the mountain. It's a great place to relax after a day outdoors, whether you're returning from the ski hill in winter or a day of hiking, biking, golfing or exploring in the warmer months.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast before heading out for the day or enjoy a relaxed dinner at home. The dining area comfortably accommodates six guests.

The townhouse offers two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodation for families or groups travelling together. The additional living space means everyone has room to relax without feeling confined to a hotel room.

Why they chose this property

We decided on the Blue Mountains area because of access to year round activities and fantastic restaurants and shops in the Blue Mountain Village. We chose this property because of it's welcoming feel and conveniences. It couldn't get any better - directly on Blue Mountain with direct access to the mountain and within walking distance to the Blue Mountain Village. The cathedral ceiling and double height windows give this multi level condo a spacious, sunny and relaxing atmosphere - the perfect vacation get-away.

What makes this property unique

The unique location is what pulled us here. It's only two hours drive from the majority of areas within central Ontario and we felt our customers could access numerous year-round outdoor activities while enjoying the excitement of the Blue Mountain Village with it's restaurants, bars and shops.
