The room was comfy and clean, the neighborhood can not be beat and the staff were friendly, responsive and available. I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in town.
Stayed at the Normandy hotel with husband and our 2 dogs. It’s quiet which helped keep our dogs calm. Room is clean and cute. Location is great, we basically walked everywhere. Staff are very friendly. We would stay there again.
This was our first stay and we found it to be an exceptional value. Very clean, welcoming staff, comfy bed and a great location! Very quiet, small hotel; it didnt feel like a big hotel. It is much more “homey” and they have added small touches that really enhance the experience. These include: umbrellas by the front door just in case you need them, a lovely patio in front with relaxing music playing, a chess table inside in the beautiful lounge, daily wine and cheese hour, a machine in the hall to refill water bottles. Additionally, they offer breakfast and valet parking for an extra charge. I highly recommend! We will be back here!
I kept smelling urine in the sheets on my side of the bed and the again by the heater/ air conditioning unit. I looked to see if I seen any and the floor board had a yellow stain in two areas.
