Couldn’t be happier with our stay at this property. Fiddlers Cove is our go to spot to stay while in Hilton Head and this condo was perfect for our family of 4. Clean, well equipped, and great location. Communication with the owners was fantastic, price was very competitive, and the unit had everything we needed. 10/10 and would recommend this property to anyone looking to book a trip to Hilton Head.

This first floor condo was very clean upon arrival. The host responded quickly and efficiently when we had difficulty operating the TV in the living room. The closeness of the condo to the main pool and hot tub was excellent. We appreciated the spices, cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies, and bathroom soaps, lotions, and shampoo/conditioner that were provided. We could not enjoy the balcony because the building was being powerwashed in preparation for painting and that made a mess back there. The owners had no control over that, so we did not let it reflect in this review. This condo was a great value and we had a fun time at the beach and riding bikes that we had rented. Thank you!

This was our second time staying in Fiddlers Cove but the first time in this particular unit. Let me tell you, don't pass on this unit - BOOK IT. The owners communicate with you every step of the way. The balcony in this unit is double what most of the other buildings have. It has sliding glass doors in both the living room and the bedroom. I took my coffee and laptop out to the balcony every morning. The condo was very clean and had everything you could ever need. The washer and dryer worked perfectly - trust me, we've stayed in units where you have to run the dryer three times to get your clothes dry - but not here. Fiddler's cove is very safe and is gated. It also has additional gates you can walk thru to go to the beach so you don't have to walk all the way to the main gate. Wonderful rental!!

The reviews and all the stuff I wouldn’t have to pack sold me on this place. The place had been remodeled, the community is well taken care of. We loved being close to the pool and they had really nice grills that we used. The walk to beach was about 10 min. The beach gear was not in the best shape so I would bring your own, cooking on the stovetop was a challenge bc the pots and pans were very cheap. I thought there was a blender but it was only half a blender and I got very frustrated when the coffee pot wouldn’t work. There was a dirty sock under the bed the evening we checked in which was kinda gross and we just left it. The last night the AC wasn’t working so we ended up leaving early AM bc we couldn’t sleep it was 76’ at 4am and temp had been rising all night. Now I must say the hostess responded quickly and tried to resolve all issues. This was definitely not the best place we’ve stayed for the price though and I had high expectations from the reviews. It was just ok for us.

Sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. We pride ourselves on having a very neat and well maintained condo as you can see from other reviews. I purchase chairs every year at the beginning of the season, I cannot help that renters do not clean the sand off which results in them rusting very quickly. I offered to pay for the chairs you purchased. No response from you. The coffee pot was brand new last April and was expensive with a dual pot and Keurig. I am sorry the previous renter did not let me know it was not working. I purchased one that night and it was delivered to another unit in the association and returned to us the following week. I was not aware it was not received until you left and you responded back to me. We had a back up coffee pot above the refrigerator that I am sure you had seen, it was where the broken mixer was supposed to be. You may not have seen the all clad no stick pans beside the cheap pans as well.

Hilton Head Getaway

This was our first time to the Island and we will definitely be back! The Condo was in a great location close to restaurants/ shopping/ beach, etc! And very clean!The Durbin's are quick to answering any questions and making sure you have everything for a relaxing stay!! We would highly recommend staying here!

Great place!

The condo was a great base for our beach vacation - easy walk to the beach and right next to the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. The beds and couches were very comfortable. Loved the large outdoor porch area for eating meals. The beach cart and beach gear were a plus. Overall great stay!

Great place! Clean and convenient

The location was great in the complex and on the island. The condo was comfortable and beautifully decorated. All items you may need in the kitchen and for the beach are there. The best part to me was the cleanliness--cleanest place I have ever rented.

Fiddlers Cove Villa

Very nice place with easy access to the beach. It felt super homey and had everything my family needed. Lots of tennis courts and the pools were big and well kept. The entire establishment was surrounded by lots of greenery so it felt private and looked beautiful

Another great stay!

We have stayed at the Durbin’s condo many times and enjoyed our experiences. Our granddaughters have grown to college age and still look forward to our special time in Hilton Head. The Durbin’s condo is always clean and welcoming. It is a short walk to the beach and the large pool is right in the back. The remodel of the kitchen is bright and is equipped with everything one could possibly need.

Condo had everything we needed and more!

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Head island! The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach but they furnished a cart to carry all your beach needs! The pool was awesome and so close to our condo, it was never too crowded and always had enough chairs for everyone! We would definitely stay here again!

The weather was beautiful! We have stayed at the Durbin's before and enjoyed everything. Loved the remodeled areas and the new colors. The condo is the perfect - very close to the pool and just a short walk to the beach. Can't wait until next year!

Great Find Close to Beach

Excellent 2 BR, 2 full bath, 1st floor condo with large porch near beautiful heated pool and tennis courts, short walk to beach. Owners were very responsive to our every question and request. Updated kitchen and convenient in-unit washer/dryer. Nice furniture and comfortable beds. Complex in a great, convenient location to everything. Would highly recommend.

My family has been coming to Hilton Head since 1994 when my parents purchased the property for the family to enjoy. My wife and I just purchased the Villa this year and we are happy to continue the tradition! We could not be more excited to share our love of the Island with others!

Why they chose this property

The location is perfect. It is one of the larger first floor villas. With views from the back deck looking out at the Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Court and just steps from the rear gate to the Beach.

What makes this property unique

One of the main reasons why we enjoy Hilton Head so much is the TRUE family vacation experience. Access to paved bike trails, nearby water parks, swimming, miniature golfing, dolphin tours, dining and shopping, etc. Just a 40 minute drive to Historical Savannah, Georgia. Each year we have found new and exciting activities for our kids to experience. We are looking forward to the new stage in our lives where we can just kick back and relax!
