The apartment boasts a smart home display, granting you voice control over appliances and lighting. Just steps away from Pacifica Pier, Sharp Park Beach, Golf Course, and Mori Point Park.

The open-style living room, kitchen, and dining area provide a stylish and inviting space. Enjoy entertainment with games, and immerse yourself in cinematic experiences on the 75-inch TV equipped with Netflix. The smart toilet, with automatic open/close lid and auto flush, adds a touch of comfort to your stay.

Complimentary on-site parking: A designated parking spot is reserved for your use in the driveway at no additional cost.

We share one wall with a neighbor and have a downstairs neighbor in the bedrooms area. Kindly keep sound and movement low after 9 pm to ensure a serene atmosphere.
