Great location! Easy walking distance to everything in town. Suzie was a great host, making herself available if we needed anything. But we needed nothing, as the home was in perfect shape and had everything we needed for an enjoyable week in Brevard.

We enjoyed the homy comforts of the Brown Eyed Susie. The beds were comfortable, kitchen fully equipped and the entire home was clean with quality appointments. The location is on a busy street making it noisy. We recommend its convenient location to all Brevard and surroundings are have to offer.

What a charming and lovely home. We had everything we needed. The place was spotless when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have 1.5 bathrooms. And it is within walking distance of town.
