Cozy Barndominium near Will Rogers Downs and Highway 44. Quiet country setting

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in country setting on one flat acre , with plenty of parking . Close to Will Rogers Downs and Cherokee Casino. 5 miles to turnpike gate off highway 44 & close to route 66.
The home is newly built & everything is new. All new appliances & a new 58" smart tv. House has a cabin vibe to it with rustic decor, including a wood burning stove. Decorated for the season.
We would love to have you stay.

We had a quick long weekend exploring Tulsa for Mom’s Day. The bardominium was a perfect quiet place to strategize on places to visit and Duane was a great host. Very easy to find and some of the best birding was right in the front yard! We saw all sorts of nature at Oxley, Turkey Mountain, and Deep Fork. Awesome trip.

Cozy Place to Stay

The cozy barndominium was just as described! It was very clean, warm and within close proximity to family and activities. It was great to have a full refrigerator and stove to make some sides to take for Thanksgiving at the family's. It was cold outside but very cozy inside! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay, Duane!

What an AWESOME place!

This is one great place to stay. Very easy to find and is very private. The cleanliness was first rate, the Barndominium has everything a person needs and more. Communication with Duane was awesome. Everything to the last detail was very clean and user friendly. The area has plenty of places to eat and things to do. Fuel and I-44 is very close. We had a great stay. If you are going through the area, please stay here. Thank you!!!
