Gorgeous modern luxe home, 2 miles from beach. Centrally located to shopping, eating & fun. This custom renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has 6 beds plus a spacious couch and 2 blow up mattresses! Take a dip in the pool, relax in the nice large jacuzzi, or grill out on the new multi use Weber Grill! This home truly has everything for a group of friends to hang out or a big family to get the real feel of a So Flo vacation. You won't be disappointed!

Quiet very family friendly neighborhood, very safe!

You can rent a car or golf cart or uber around! Within a few miles of beach, grocery store, target and more!!
- Absolutely no parties, small get togethers are allowed but must speak with host prior to.
- Do NOT for any reason leave any doors or windows open at anytime!
- No smoking indoors, smoking outside is allowed, please dispose of butts properly.
- Please keep umbrella closed, grill covered, & jacuzzi covered when not in use.
- No pets of any kind.
- Please respect our home as if you'd want somebody to respect yours!

The house was really nice. It was clean and has everything you might need for a stay. We didn't use the pool or hot tub as we were on the go most of the time. The location is great if you want a quiet neighborhood at night. Callie was responsive and has a done a great job keeping this place nice. I would recommend this place.
