Disappointed the hot tub was not working. We were not informed of this prior to our stay. Also, the dock was very sketchy. Scarily unsafe. Interior of house was beautifully updated. View across street, not so much. View from back porch was stunning.

We require a prior notice for the hot tub use and you were very well informed about it. The hot tub is not working is a false claim . The dock has all the warning signs and you received a long liability waiver in advance. And we accommodated your pets at no additional cost. The property photos show you the back view . What front view were you expecting other than the street entrance ? Please do not leave fake misleading reviews with false information .

This review is misleading. The guest never stayed at the property and never checked in. Prior to arrival, the guest refused to complete a clearly disclosed, standard liability waiver required of all guests for safety and insurance purposes, and instead demanded a free stay before arriving or viewing the property. Because the guest declined to meet the basic booking requirements, the reservation did not proceed. Reviews from guests who did not stay do not reflect the property or the hosting experience. We remain committed to transparency, safety, and fair enforcement of our policies.
