The space
This stylish guest suite is a new construction completed in late November 2023. It’s attached to the main house yet fully self-contained, with its own private entrance and fenced backyard, giving you comfort and privacy.

Because the guest suite is attached to the main house and adjacent to our storage and laundry rooms, you may occasionally hear some noise when we run a load of laundry. We do our best to schedule it thoughtfully and not disturb you. Your privacy and comfort are very important to us, and we’re committed to making your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Other things to note
Guests traveling with children: Please note that we do not provide amenities for infants. If you’re visiting with little ones, kindly bring any necessary items such as a high chair, portable crib, or stroller.
Parking: Please park your two cars vertically on left side of the driveway.
Gardener: Our gardener comes every Tuesday for routine yard maintenance, usually for about 30 minutes.
Hosts: We love our home and our neighborhood, and our top priorities are cleanliness, safety, and comfort. We’re very responsive via text and, since we live on the property, we’re available if you need anything during your stay.
