Beautiful house with an excellent location. My family walked to the beach everyday or evening. The kids loved the pool. Communication was answered with quick responses. Excellent stay!

We had an extremely enjoyable stay at this lovely house to celebrate a college graduation. It is perfectly located near shops and restaurants. The house is wonderfully accommodating for a large group, with plenty of seating and lovely decor. The fenced yard and pool area were a hit with everyone but especially our dog! The best thing about the house was the view from the deck off the kitchen. It was SO peaceful and relaxing. We highly recommend this house for a wonderful OBX getaway!

Could see the ocean from 2 of the 4 outside decks. The house was beautiful, clean and close to the beach. Being disabled with a hard time climbing stairs, the elevator was beyond helpful!!

The property is in an excellent location close to everything you may need. Close to the beach which is most important. All of the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The street we were located on is quiet except for the rear of the house connects to the Rundown bar/restaurant. It was not noisy except for two nights at 1:30 AM when the dumpsters are emptied. If you are a light sleeper this will be a problem for you. The only other critique I would issue is there should be some sort of bathmat or extra towels in the bathrooms. The tile floors are very slippery. Also there are no chairs by the pool area except for the loungers which are very low to the ground and difficult to get in and out of. A few chairs outback for the adults to watch the children in the pool would be really helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay and have great memories. Thank you
