The home was exactly as shown online! Home was clean and provided all cooking supplies. There’s also a washer and dryer so you can wash clothes and towels. Communication was very responsive from host every time I contacted them. This is a home I would definitely use again and recommend to others. My best suggestion would be when house is being turned over that cleaning staff turn the air so guest can arrive to a cool home as it did take time to cool down in the home. I felt safe during my stay with my children very quiet only residential traffic.

Overall, the stay was great. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and the linens were nice and clean as well. The only things we could have complained about were the fans in the bedrooms. The room with the queen bed and bunk beds didn't work, and the fan in the master bedroom made a loud clicking sound when it was running. I would book this house again, other than the fans, it was a great trip, and a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend it if you need a place in Portsmouth

My family of 5 had a nice stay at this VRBO and would recommend it to others. The house was clean and cared for, which made it easy to settle in and feel comfortable right away.It was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of bath towels, soft linens, extra blankets, and plenty of pillows. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the little conveniences like shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. The kitchen was well-equipped with dishes and silverware, and the 7-person dining table made it easy for everyone to gather together.Having access to a washer and dryer, along with detergent and dryer sheets, was especially helpful during our stay. We also enjoyed relaxing outside—the chairs on the dock were a nice touch.The neighborhood felt safe, and it was convenient to have a grocery store just a short 10-minute drive away.The only small downside was that the water near the dock seemed a bit too shallow for fishing, which may matter if that’s something you’re hoping to do.Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would happily return.

We were staying here because my granddaughter had a softball tournament. We were away during the day but we came back and totally enjoyed the property. The kitchen is well equipped so we fixed dinner every night. The kids fished and played games. We relaxed and enjoyed setting on the dock. The neighborhood is quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.
