Beautifully decorated two bedroom/ two bath golf/tennis villa (larger floor plan 1,254 sq.ft.), on the ground floor, just steps away from the private villa pool, and tennis courts at beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort. Accommodations include a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two queen-size beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedrooms and living room are all equipped with TVs, DVDs, high-speed internet and WiFi.. You’ll also enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a laundry closet with full size washer and dryer for all the comforts of home!
Our resort is one of the finest full service beach resorts in Panama City Beach, on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Exclusive amenities include 11,800 sq.ft. lagoon pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 heated pools, 4 hot tubs, poolside activities & live music, Pizza Hut, Ocean's full service restaurant & bar, Edgie's/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Spa, Fitness Center, Hair Salon, Pro Shop, Executive 9 hole Golf Course, basketball/shuffle board courts & 11 lighted Tennis courts. *** Please Note: Edgewater Beach Resort requires a Guest Registration Process and Fee, which will include one (1) parking pass for your vehicle.***
This condo is NO SMOKING, we DO NOT ALLOW PETS, and resort rules require that renters MUST be 25 years of age. Resort registration is required and will provide parking access. Rates Do NOT Include 13% Tax & Cleaning Fee of $150. Damage Deposit $250. We require a 50% deposit of the rental fee to confirm your reservation, with the balance due 30 days before your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel and we re-book the property, we will refund the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. Check in time is 4:00pm and checkout is 10:00am.

Racing & spectating the PCB Ironman 70.3

Loved this property! Great location and beautifully furnished. Not on the beach, but you have a private overpass to walk to the beach. Had a hiccup with the cleaning service from previous renters, but owner rectified immediately. She made the check in process so easy and she was wonderful to work with. We’re hoping to stay here again for the 2026 Ironman!

My family and I visited PCB for a softball trounament. This was centrally located to all of the sports complexes, a 2 minute tram ride to the beach and a few feet to the pool. The condo was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. I could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Everything was exactly as described! Very comfortable & clean. Perfect for a family. Very quiet area of the Edgewater property, but you are still able to enjoy all resort amenities. Our days were spent at the beach & lagoon pool/cabana area & our evenings were spent resting & watching the ducks on the villa's back porch area. The owners communicated in a super fast manner! We will def be back next summer :)

We had a fantastic stay at Edgewater Beach Resort in Panama City Beach! From start to finish, the property owner was absolutely wonderful—extremely kind, responsive, and made the entire booking and check-in process seamless. Communication was quick, clear, and thoughtful, which made us feel confident and cared for throughout our stay.The condo was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. While we weren’t directly beachfront, the walk to the beach was easy and convenient, and we enjoyed having access to all the great resort amenities—beautiful pools, easy parking, and a safe, family-friendly environment.This was truly one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend booking this property—you won’t be disappointed!

Great Condo!!!

My Family had a great time staying at this condo and it was Beautifully Decorated as stated. It is a good walk to the beach , but there is a golf cart tram system to get you back and forth from the beach. We had a couple of teenage boys who loved the basketball courts right next to this unit. The only complaint is no free wifi, otherwise it was great!!!

Beautiful property

This is our 2nd time staying in this particular unit. It is the perfect location and I loved everything about it. The owners were very easy to communicate with and the unit was well stocked. We have been coming to Edgewater for years and years (about 20) and this is probably my favorite. We will definitely be back. The resort itself is easy to get around, the onsite restaurant is fantastic and the tram will pick you up at your door and drop you off at the big lagoon pool or beach. We love it here. It’s my favorite place!

This place rocked!

By far the best place we have stayed in PCB. The Edgewater is the best resort on the Gulf (golf, tennis, pickle ball, pools, and oh yeah right on the beach). However, this condo made the trip great. It was clean, fully stocked, next to the courts, a short walk to the beach or restaurant (or you can call the golf cart shuttle which will pick you up at your front door, and bring you back, free of charge). Will definitely be looking for this condo first when vacationing at PCB in the future!

Birthday Beach Trip

Edgewater Golf Resort is just a short walk on a covered bridge to the beach. The condo was spacious and cozy. This particular unit is steps away from a heated pool and tennis court. We used the pool a few times, but we did not play tennis. At $15.00 an hour per person, we decided on skipping it for time at the beach. We enjoyed Edgewater.

The condo was great.we had 2 separate neighbors above us that sounded like a herd of elephants walking, sliding chairs, slamming patio doors starting at midnight until daybreak.these were young people from Alabama in both cases.i doubt if they were over 25.

Fantastic

The pictures of the villa do not do it justice. It’s very nice and clean. You have everything you need in the house. There is a pool right outside the back door and was rarely used and we mostly had it to ourselves. This villa gives you the best of both worlds in regards to location. It’s very quiet and peaceful however a quick walk or tram ride gets you right to the beach and to other things to do at the resort. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back in the near future.

Great little find!

Clean and as described. Pictures don’t do it justice. Very comfortable unit. Had everything we needed to fix small meals and cocktails. The King bed slept wonderfully. Easy in and out with luggage and groceries because there are no stairs to climb. Loved the easy, close access to one of the many Edgewater pools. Because prices have risen so much directly on the beach, this was a great bargain. A little inconvenient to get to the beach, but we were lucky everyday to drive over and get a great beach and pool access parking spot. Walked over to the beach one day and used the complimentary golf cart service one day. Thanks for the hospitality John and Liz!

We really enjoyed staying here for a week. It’s clean, has everything you need for a home away from home, and is an overall great place! The tram service is great and the people who run it are really nice! Owners are nice and we didn’t have any trouble our whole stay.

Edgewater golf villa

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. This was our 8th year staying at this resort. Of all the places I’ve traveled, this is my favorite beach and my favorite resort. This unit in particular is one of the nicest we’ve had at Edgewater. Very clean, accurate description, easy contact with the owners. They had everything in the kitchen one would need to prepare any meal, even had laundry detergent and dish liquid plus dish washer tabs. The beds and pillows were very nice and comfy. The golf villas have a golf cart that picks you up and takes you anywhere you want to go on the resort which is very nice and it’s a free service. Very happy with our stay. Of course we’ll be back

Fantastic Resort

Would definitely recommend staying at this villa. It is extremely clean and comfortable. We had six in our group so we could sleep without the use of the pull out couch. Note that this villa is NOT in one of the three towers on the beach. It is across the street. However, your parking pass is good at the towers. In addition, they provide golf cart shuttles to take you from the villas to the beach. The resort pool has live music and DJ's throughout the day and is open until midnight each night. The resort is conveniently located within a few miles of many restaurants and Pier Park. I would recommend staying here and will certainly book this location again on my next trip to PCB.
