The entire third floor is dedicated to the spectacular primary suite, creating a true private sanctuary. This super-sized suite features a plush king-size bed and custom upholstered seating area. The spa-like bathroom offers an expansive walk-in shower, jetted tub and an oversized walk-in closet. Step out onto the suite’s private deck to enjoy views of Kiva’s premier Beach Club and endless Gulf Coast horizon - you may even spot the Blue Angels practicing overhead.
