I was very disappointed that the pool (the reason I booked this place) wasn’t working the whole 9 nights we stayed there. No one could give me a reason or a time line! Guess when it was open? The freaking morning we left! Breakfast wasn’t great. I have celiac disease. Nothing was labeled! I had to buy my own stuff for breakfast. That’s money added on. There was a stove listed in the amenities. No stove. No stove top. There was a media center listed in the amenities and none of that was hooked up! I feel like I need at least a third of my money back! The staff and the cleaning crew was amazing. And very helpful. LIST AMENITIES THAT ARE WORKING!!
