The location was quite perfect (walking distance to several restaurants and a short drive to the bridge to the beaches). The room (and other areas we could use) were immaculately clean and quite attractive, and interesting art was visible. We were also provided with great self-serve breakfast, which most VRBOs don't provide. Note that the room is on the 3rd floor, and they strictly forbid guests (that policy isn't on the VRBO listing)

Our stay with Grace was wonderful. The location could not have been better. Very easy access to the beach, easy walk to waterfront bars, and around the corner from the best restaurant in the Highlands, Porcini. Parking was on the street, but it was easy to find a spot in front of the house. The accommodations were lovely, as were our hosts, who were super friendly but not at all intrusive. This is a room in the house shared with the hosts, but there was plenty of space on the various patios and balconies to hang out and the private bath and bedroom were very good. Would highly recommend staying here.

I was so impressed how the house and the hospitality were spot on..would recommend this spot to anyone who enjoys alone time with their significant other ..

The room was clean, the host was communicative and distance to restaurants were within walking distance. The bedroom was not really suitable for large suitcases and a bit cramped having to walk around the bed. It should be noted that access to the “kitchenette” is in the finished garage portion of the house and the room is on the third floor. Overall the house was clean and comfortable.

We met Grace on day 1. She prepared a wonderful meal for us Fresh Farm to Table as advertised and did not disappoint. All our requests were filled promptly and What a great location.Walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants in the neighborhood.....and We met a Forever Friend.We will be booking again and again!

Beautiful house inside and out and fantastic location. We had an amazing weekend. The room we stayed in was very “cozy”. You can’t walk around the bed without turning sideways! Not the room we saw pictured. Linens could use a refresh. Would have loved the continental breakfast to include fruit or juice but we appreciated how nice it was laid out for us each morning. The host is very nice and responsive (lives in the house) and let us borrow beach chairs and a cooler which was an added bonus. Bring your own beach towels. Tips: Make dinner reservations in advance! We were warned street parking could be difficult but we did not have an issue. This was our first time at this type of bed and breakfast- consider it more like room for rent or crashing at a friend’s.

Grace's home was such a lovely and cozy stay! The room was set up well with a private bathroom, both were clean. We appreciated the neighborhood, since there were many restaurants and several beaches were a quick drive away. It was a great way to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. We found that Grace and her partner were so friendly and engaged when we spoke to them. She also made the extra effort to lay out breakfast for us every morning, which we appreciated and enjoyed. We would happily stay at Grace's beautiful home again!
