1st floor: 50m² party room, beautiful bamboo ceiling, bar, barbecue, beautiful view of the sea, swimming pool and deck in front, refrigerator and air conditioning.

2nd floor composed of living room with more than 100m², beautiful American style kitchen, wide view of the sea, fireplace, balcony, floor and ceiling in peroba mica, ipe tobacco cabinets, ipe champagne structure.
