Welcome to our 4 bedroom house in Grand prairie with a pool. Centrally located, less than 10 min to Six Flags, Hurricane harbor water park, Cowboys Stadium, Rangers stadium at Globe Life Park, Texas Live!, DFW airport is a short 20 min away. Our spacious and tastefully decorated home can comfortably sleep up to 12 people with 2 drive way and 2 garage door parking .

This spacious, tastefully decorated, 2 story fabulous home, features 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 dinning areas, a sparkling in-ground pool, 5 smart TVs,  is perfect for friends and family gatherings.

Pool operates from May to October when weather permits.  Pool hours: 10am to 8pm.

Our Young Adult Men stayed here for Passion Conference at Globe Life, and it was perfect for our group of seven. The location was incredibly close to the venue, and the space was comfortable, relaxing, and exactly what we needed after long days at the conference.

Great time for kids

Property was clean, and well maintained. Bedrooms were large, beds were comfortable. We met for a family birthday, the grand kids had a great time swimming in the pool. Judy was an excellent host, and very prompt with any needs or information requests.

We stayed here for 2 weeks, and overall had a mixed experience. They were easy to communicate with, allowed a late checkout & were quick to send people out when we had issues (fixing the hot tub and arranging pest control for wasps) The outdoor area was definitely a highlight. The pool & hot tub & pool table we’re a fun bonus.There were a few challenges, especially for a longer stay. There wasn’t any filtered drinking water available,the kitchen wasn’t very well stocked so we ended up bringing our own sharper knives & kids’ plates & cups since the dishes were breakable. We also had to message the hosts each time we wanted to use the hot tub so they could turn it on.One safety concern we experienced was that none of the furniture were anchored to the walls. The furniture itself is fairly lightweight. On the first day my daughter opened a chest of drawers & it tipped forward on her. Anchoring furniture would make the space much safer for families with small children.A few other small things added up over a longer stay: the shower pressure was fairly low, there were only a couple of hangers in the entire house, & we were given about six dishwasher tabs & only a few trash bags even though our reservation was for two weeks. For a short stay this place would work well, especially if you plan to enjoy the pool and outdoor space. If you’re staying longer bring extra hangers, sharper knives, and possibly plastic plates, cups, and utensils.

We’re glad you enjoyed the outdoor amenities, including the pool, hot tub, and pool table, and that our team was responsive in addressing any concerns during your stay. We also appreciate your suggestions. For clarity, our home is stocked to comfortably accommodate typical stays, and while we do provide essential kitchenware and starter supplies, guests staying for extended periods may prefer to bring or purchase additional items based on their personal preferences. Regarding the hot tub, it is managed intentionally to ensure proper operation, safety, and maintenance standards, which is why activation is handled through our team. Safety is very important to us. While we will review additional securing options for certain furniture, we do ask that children are supervised at all times and not climb or hang on furniture, as this can create tipping risks in any home environment. Thank you again for your feedback. We’re glad you were able to enjoy many aspects of the home, and we appreciate the opportunity to host you.

Excellent Choice for Family Vacation

Judy was a great host and helped answer all our questions with a quick response time before and during our stay. We were visiting Dallas area for a wedding and had 4 adults and 4 toddlers. The location was close enough to several nearby kid-friendly attractions all less than 40 minutes away. We also had an EV rental and the Tesla supercharger station in Arlington was less than 20 minutes away. Very close to the highways. The house was spacious and the pool table was a nice activity to pass the time at home, only one pool cue had a working tip during our stay. The arcade was also fun for the kids. Some of us also had a chance to use the pool, but note that the outdoor jacuzzi is not functional and awaiting repairs. The beds were comfy and had large TV's in the rooms. Wifi was fast and there was a garage opener provided to park in the garage. There is an ice maker for chilled beverages, separate from the fridge, but can be a little noisy when it operates periodically. The fixtures in the house could use a little TLC (ie, faucet handles, fridge handles, hand towel and toilet roll holders could all be tightened up, ceiling fan remote batteries replaced), the wood/tile floors deep cleaned, and detailing around the floorboards and window sills where it looked untouched for a while. There was an ample amount of paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and trash bags provided during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider recommending to friends in the future.
