In support of of our sustainability efforts, our linen policy includes one towel per registered guest. This helps us reduce water, energy, and detergent use.There is a security camera on the outside of the garage facing the driveway.

Anything damaged or missing from the home will be charged at replacement cost. Our home is furnished with light, high quality bedding. Guests are financially responsible for the replacement.

Wonderful quiet home in Cedar Rapids. The bathrooms and kitchen are recently renovated making it a very nice stay for our family (wife, adult daughter and her three children). The home uses hot water heat which makes for even heating throughout the house. The ping pong table was a hit with everyone. The new kitchen was very well appointed and we had no trouble cooking Thanksgiving dinner there! All in all a very clean comfortable cozy home to stay in. We would definitely stay here again.
