About this space
This park house retreat is the perfect resting spot for weary travelers after their long and arduous journey, or for those wanting to catch a break from the busy and noisy streets of Dhaka city. Our address is situated perfectly, right beside the park where you can enjoy spending time with your family/friends, or to grab a quick bite in the delicious and hygienic eatery with open seating arrangement. The local mosque is a few steps down the road, and the grocery store is adjacent to the park.
The space
The lodging is in between the first and second floor of the building, where you need to climb 33 steps (three flights) of stairs. You will have one bathroom with access to a heated shower, one kitchen room with a single stove burner with a washbasin and electric kettle for tea. There is one master bedroom with air conditioning and 43" smart TV, one dining area with Fridge and microwave, and one covered patio overlooking the outside park, totaling three rooms. There will be secured parking available in front of the house. The premises outside is covered thoroughly by private CCTV cameras for an extra added layer of security. Secure space for luggage keeping will be provided at your request.
Guest access
You will be able to access the rooftop of the building informing beforehand, and everything within the lodge. Please do not disturb the other residents unless there is an emergency.
Other things to note
Consumption of recreational drugs is strictly forbidden within premises and will not be allowed in. No alcohol within our residence. Smoking, vaping/e-cigarettes are not allowed in the rooms but only in the patio.
