Thank you for your review, Roy! We are glad you enjoyed the property and welcome you and your guests back anytime you visit Indy!
The property was very nice and quite spacious. Just as described in the listing. The neighbors had parties with loud music and bright lights until about 2 AM on two of the nights we were there, but that may have been related to the Indy 500 and Pacers playoff games. Otherwise, everything was great.
Our family of four attended an event downtown and this home was perfect! Very large home with plenty of space, gorgeous kitchen, comfortable beds. Within walking distance of Kroger so we could get groceries. Bryan is a wonderful, attentive host. Highly recommend! host
This was a great location for race fans! We were able to enjoy all the festivities with an easy ride back and forth. Comfortable home with all new amenities. Plenty of room to spread out, even a back deck with nice yard. East side Indy has a lot to offer after hours!
Most everything was wonderful. However, the floors were dirty as we noticed our feet got quite dark when we didn't wear socks. I recommend some single beds to accommodate a larger group of adults that are not family. Our 4th adult had to sleep on the couch. Luckily our other friends cancelled the trip or we'd of had to bunk-up together. The owner was very communicative and helpful. It was a great option for our five days here for the GENCON.
The house is newly built or renovated and it's just charming. Beautiful finishes and very comfortable, and stocked thoughtfully with fluffy towels and shampoo and a hair dryer. The space was very comfortable. Neighborhood is residential and we waved at a couple of neighbors (who waved back). Parking was right in front of the house and plentiful. Bryan was a great landlord and very responsive up through the moment we walked in (we did not try to reach him during the booking, after confirming we had arrived).

Nice home but didn’t feel safe
The home itself was updated and nice although it hadn’t been cleaned well. As soon as we got there, we pulled out a broom to sweep crumbs and dead bugs off the floor. One of the bathrooms had a used washcloth hanging in it and the sink was dusty. There were trash cans outside the home overflowing with trash that had been obviously sitting there for a very long time.
More importantly though, I was there with a group of 5 women and we felt unsafe in the neighborhood. There were quite a few homeless individuals on the main road near the neighborhood and although we hoped to stock up on groceries at the Kroger right down the street, we felt uncomfortable even driving through its parking lot.

Hi Anna - Thank you for the review and I am sorry your weren't comfortable staying in the downtown area of Indianapolis as we have not had this feedback in the past. The neighborhood is in the process of a regentrification with a lot of $650k+ homes and up being built in the area but Indianapolis is a very diverse and vibrant city wit a lot of people. We hope you enjoyed the religious retreat you were in town for and will be sure to make note to our cleaners and I personally will be more attentive during the walk through on the day before to make sure I don't see and issues you mentioned. We do a detailed walk through prior to your stay for everyone and I apologize if I missed anything. Please reach out if there is anything we can do or address with you personally.
Hope you have a safe trip home!
