Its really cozy and comfortable, clean, safe, quiet, awesome accommodation, older house in an older established neighborhood. Great location and Super convient to college campus, stores and restaurants and downtown, all within 3 to 4 minute drive, perfect for moving my daughter to school. Definitely recommend and look forward to staying again on next visit.

A nice selection of snacks and coffee pods available. Quiet neighborhood, and communication was timely. Beds and bathroom would be a little tight for someone over 6' tall.

It was a beautiful home and well stocked, wifi had great service and was easily accessed, clean and tidy environment, location was perfect for a scenic experience. 10 out of 10. If we come back we'll most likely rent this place again.

Great place in the Ohio Velley

Came up to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday. This is a great location: close to campus, close to food options, and close to shopping. This is our second time staying at this location we have not been disappointed yet.

this was a perfectly charming house in a perfectly charming town. the house was much more spacious than i thought, and the individual rooms were no different. the accommodations were above and beyond. highly recommend this place.

Perfect for Franciscan Families

My wife and I stated this nice two bedroom place that is very close to campus and easy to get to everything close by. Very pleased with our stay, as we have stayed here more than once.

Best option in steubenville

There are few options in Steubenville, but this is the best. Very cost effective, the owners are communicative, and has all the essentials (internet, entertainment, proximity to places, etc.). If you’re ok with being in an older house for a bit, this is perfect for you.

Perfect locale

Perfect location and size for out visit to Steubenville. Close to the University and downtown, as well as all shopping needs. Nice size kitchen and living room.

Graduation stay

My mother and I stayed in Steubenville to attend my daughter’s college graduation. The location is in a neighborhood near the university. We spent most of our time in town at events. The house has one bathroom so was fine for the two of us to use without inconvenience.

The house is in a decent and architecturally diverse, if unevenly maintained, neighborhood, in which I felt comfortable. There are two portable (and one noisy) air conditioners in the upstairs bedrooms which are very efficient. Only one toilet, and it’s on the 2nd level. Some of the renovations are clearly “handyman” projects, and the furnishings are from IKEA and Walmart.
