Its really cozy and comfortable, clean, safe, quiet, awesome accommodation, older house in an older established neighborhood. Great location and Super convient to college campus, stores and restaurants and downtown, all within 3 to 4 minute drive, perfect for moving my daughter to school. Definitely recommend and look forward to staying again on next visit.

A nice selection of snacks and coffee pods available. Quiet neighborhood, and communication was timely. Beds and bathroom would be a little tight for someone over 6' tall.

Came up to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday. This is a great location: close to campus, close to food options, and close to shopping. This is our second time staying at this location we have not been disappointed yet.

Best option in steubenville

There are few options in Steubenville, but this is the best. Very cost effective, the owners are communicative, and has all the essentials (internet, entertainment, proximity to places, etc.). If you’re ok with being in an older house for a bit, this is perfect for you.

I’m not a fan of strong fragrances, but I’m not allergic to them either. The place had clearly been cleaned with products that had strong fragrances, but it wasn’t littered with air fresheners and so was tolerable. If the weather had been warm enough to open the windows at night I probably wouldn’t have noticed, but with the slightly cooler weather, the fragrances were ever present.

Graduation stay

My mother and I stayed in Steubenville to attend my daughter’s college graduation. The location is in a neighborhood near the university. We spent most of our time in town at events. The house has one bathroom so was fine for the two of us to use without inconvenience.
