The house was very clean and the decorations were very aesthetically pleasing. However, keep in mind if you have young children you will need to put some of the decorations away during your stay as there is a lot of glass decor. Also, while the house is pet friendly, there is not much grass for the dogs to go to the bathroom. Overall, the stay was amazing.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for the kind words about the home. We appreciate your helpful notes about the glass decor with young children and the limited grassy area for pets, and we will review these aspects for future improvements. Clean and well maintained property, great location - very easy check in/check out and communication with the rental company. We would definitely stay here again!
Perfect get away home. The layout, amenities, location and home were perfect and there were many very close outings (horse riding, atv riding, zip lining and Texas Roadhouse and Dolly Wood plus everything on the main strip. Even though we were close to everything, the home was privately nestled in the woods.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is newly built, well maintained, and very clean. The layout was perfect for our family of 5. All the furniture, appliances, and linens are new and of good quality. There are several amenities, like the pool table, arcade game, hot tub, fire pit, and swings, to keep you comfortable and entertained during your stay. We especially liked that they are pet friendly and Toby next door is willing to make a new friend. The home is close to the parkway yet secluded and quiet. The steep incline of the driveway is a little intimidating at first but you get hang of it. We will be back!

Cabin was clean and cozy. Trouble with the WiFi after the first day but to be expected in the mountains. Good location. Would have loved to know that there wasn’t any good place to walk with our dogs in the area. We just weren’t aware of that. But we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for the positive feedback on the cleanliness and coziness of the cabin. We apologize for the WiFi trouble and will look into improving it. We regret the inconvenience regarding walking areas for pets and will provide clearer information about this in the future. We're glad you enjoyed your stay overall.
Upon arriving at this property, we were all quite impressed with the cleanliness, how full the kitchen was stocked, along with plenty of towels and amenities. The king size beds in each of the bedrooms was a huge plus! Then, moving on to the bottom level. There were plenty of things to do together to create the memories that will stay in our minds forever...from the pool table, to the video games that brought back memories of my childhood, to the outdoor fire pit where we made s'mores, and the hot tub. What a fun property to stay at! We absolutely enjoyed our visit. The only thing I would say is to make sure you have a vehicle that will make it up steep hills, as it's quite the climb to get to it. We missed the turn to the cabin a couple of times. A larger sign marking the turn would have been helpful. Yet, we managed. Thank you for helping to make our holidays memorable!
Thank you for your kind feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to welcome you again.

Liked: Cleanliness, location
The place accommodated us a family of 7 but it doesn’t say in the description that the water smells so much like sulfur that you can’t drink it or cook with it and showering in it was awful. Also there was black mold in the vaulted ceiling above the living room fan and I have photos for proof in case we get sick. We noticed it when a drop of water fell on our son while standing in the living room. (You might want to take care of that and make that your utmost priority!) The outside firepit area was nice but there were 10 lights out on the string. It’s a cheap fix. Also for the price you would think check out would be later than 10 am.
