Our 40-foot tropical-themed trailer provides a cozy, relaxing space to unwind. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the capacity to sleep 5 guests, it's ideal for families. Stay comfortable with two air conditioning units plus three brand-new mini split units to help beat the Florida Keys heat. Also, it will help you control the individual temperature of each room. The fully equipped indoor kitchen, along with indoor and outdoor TVs with Direct TV and Netflix making your stay convenient and fun.
Enjoy the spacious patio area perfect for gatherings with friends and family, complete with 5 patio fans. Our newly added double recliner in the living room offers a perfect spot to relax, enjoy your favorite shows or take a snooze. The large outdoor shed features a full-size refrigerator,sink, coffee maker, freezer and microwave. We have in the outdoor lanai a 3 burner stove, BBQ, sink and outdoor shower — great for entertaining.
We also have a brand-new carport, and a golf cart that is available for rent at $50 per day Only Renters over the age of 21 can drive the golf cart.
Champs Paradise is situated in the Calusa Campground at Mile Marker 101. You'll enjoy the security of a gated community with 24-hour security, a family-friendly atmosphere, and fantastic amenities including a pool, tennis and basketball courts, a children's playground, a boat ramp, and nearby bathrooms and laundry facilities. The campground is within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, a library, and popular attractions like John Penny Camp Park, as well as fishing and snorkeling charters. Come relax and make the most of your stay in our little piece of paradise!

Great little get away. Outdoor space was excellent and very enjoyable for family movie watching. Hosts were excellent communicators. Please was very clean and beds comfy. AC was a very nice to have. The food truck had good food based on a teenager’s review. Sunset at the pool was beautiful. Close to a grocery store and state park with a good beach spot.

Place was decorated cutely, great place to hang out on their patio area. Was clean and as described. They have a hidden outdoor kitchen that was awesome and surprises you. Area was quiet. If I had just one complaint, I had a hard time getting the Fox & Friends on the TV in the mornings. LOLOL

Awesome stay!
We were welcomed with a nice bottle of champagne to start our vacation :) Clean, host very accommodating and attentive if we needed anything. Kids enjoyed the pool and hammocks, sunset view was amazing!

Had a great stay at this camper, I have stayed at different campers in Calusa but this one was my favorite. The location is amazing, close to the pool and clubhouse. Was clean and well-stocked.

Great Time in FL!
We had a wonderful time at Champs Paradise!The unit was super clean, the covered outdoor seating was an awesome place to relax, the campground was great with a nice pool and dockside seating area where we watched the sunset and even sow some manatees! Our Key Largo fish camp 2024
We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 night stay at this unit in Calusa Campground. The accomodations were comfortable. We were glad for the cooking/grilling station, the whole outdoor kitchen was useful as we were cooking our catch, including a meal of Atlantic Sharpnose shark. We really enjoyed the huge pool. Ohhh...the champagne was delicious with a splash of pineapple 🍍. Thanks again.

Great outdoor soace
The unitvwas clean but the floors were dirty. The unit had everything you need, but was very cluttered with no where really to sit indoirs. The outdoir soace was great, the outdoor kitchen was a plus. The bugs were terrible in January. Grounds were nice, pool was great The owner silvia was a great host. The unit needs some tlc, better ciuch would be nice, again less clutter would be nice. Towels and linens could be updated.

Extremely pleased. Super clean, couldn’t even find fuzz on the sheets! Whole RV was fully stocked. The outdoor patio is a dream and we enjoyed coffee every morning and evening with the gulf breeze. We had everything we needed. Sunset fishing on the docks by a bonfire and live music. Phenomenal communication with the owners. Will be repeat customers.

My husband and I were born in Cuba and immigrated to the United States when we were just three years old. We've been together since our senior year of high school and have now been happily married for 39 years. We love spending time outdoors, especially by the ocean, boating, and fishing. Owning a place in the Keys has always been a cherished dream of ours!

We began our journey as renters and fell in love with the family-oriented community, which inspired us to buy our own piece of paradise! Now, we enjoy sharing our experiences with other families, just as we once sought out advice ourselves!

Our lot offers a wonderful sense of privacy along with a pleasant breeze. It's conveniently located near the pool, children's playground, and basketball court. Additionally, just across the property, there is a community fire pit with chairs for everyone to enjoy.
