Sleeping Arrangements

Three spacious bedrooms provide restful nights. Bedroom 1 features a King Bed with an ensuite bathroom, as does Bedroom 2. Bedroom 3 offers two Twin Beds, each with its own ensuite bathroom, giving families and groups flexible sleeping options.



Living Area

The family‑friendly living room is centered around a flat‑screen TV and comfortable seating that accommodates the whole party. Large windows frame views of the community garden, while the layout encourages conversation and relaxation after exploring the parks.



Kitchen & Dining

A large full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances invites you to prepare hearty breakfasts or quick snacks. The kitchen is fully stocked, and adjacent indoor and outdoor dining areas let you enjoy meals al fresco on the private patio or inside the airy dining space.

The Magic Village Views is a luxury gated community offering a shared outdoor pool and fitness center—access to the pool and gym incurs a $100 + tax fee per group per day, payable at the concierge. Additional amenities include volleyball and tennis courts, an on‑site restaurant, grocery store, and ticket shop, all within walking distance of the villa.

Guest Access:

Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. There is (1) spot designated in front of the home that has the unit number painted on the space - any additional vehicles can park on the unassigned spots throughout the community!

In the heart of Orlando, where theme park enchantment, upscale shopping and vibrant dining intersect, a tranquil oasis redefines the hospitality landscape. Just 2 minutes away from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park, that means being right in the heart of the magic!



Getting Around:

There is a shuttle upon request at concierge with a fee. Vehicles are also very helpful to get around!



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
