Our property is a working ranch and farm with sheep, goats and chickens and includes multiple flourishing fruit trees and enclosed garden beds. Minutes above the famous world class surf spot of county line, Sunset Ranch provides access to Boney Mountain, the backbone trail, and an extended network of backcountry roads and trails to hike, bike or run.

Get away from it all with wide open spaces and breathtaking views. Plenty of space to host families and friends. Run, bike or hike right out your back door to the best trails in the Santa Monica mountains. 10 minute drive to world class surf. Local malibu shops 20 minutes away, 60 minutes to 'town', 75 minutes to LAX.
