This location was very clean, the host was very prompt and friendly when we had a request. I like some of our friends who stayed in questionable areas, this home was in a nice neighborhood. We felt very safe and comfortable. The kitchen has the bare minimums so make sure to bring essentials like measuring utensils and pans for the oven. In all, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return in the future.

Great Stay

We stayed for a cheer competition and it fit our needs exactly. We were not at the house much but it provided a safe clean place to stay. It is about a 20-40 minute drive to the strip because of traffic down there, but that was not the goal of our time. Everything was accessible and the host was responsive.

We came to Vegas to celebrate our Aunt and Uncles 60th wedding anniversary! 5 of us stayed at this VRBO! Was very clean! A few hickups( no trash bags and one toilet leaking, but the owners were very diligent in fixing this! Thank you to the owners!

Quiet neighborhood Property inside was nice and clean. Only negatives was the trashbins were overflowing and I had to roll the bins next day for trash pick up. The fan in main bathroom is way too loud otherwise property was very nice and clean. Would stay again.

Perfect for our needs

The home was clean and even smelled great when we arrived. Everything worked at it should. They even went out and got a full size coffee maker without me asking them to, because I told them my husband drinks a lot of coffee. They were super understanding and helpful whenever we needed anything. I would definitely come back again or rent another one of their homes. Definitely recommend

Great spot

This house is exactly as described. The AC worked beautifully. The main bedroom has a TV, no streaming but the living room has a TV as well that you can stream on. The main bedroom bed was super comfortable. The two other beds were not as comfortable but were a good spot to sleep. The master suite bathroom was awesome. Huge tub. The second bathroom the fan is super loud, and have to hold down the handle for quite some time to flush. The owner Erica was super communicative and responded quickly. She did courtesy check in’s with us. The location is not walking distance to anything, but not far driving distance from everything you need, Walmart, CVS, 7 Eleven, plus a bunch more.
