Welcome to The Hyve, a one of a kind, luxury condotel only four blocks away from Broadway! This new development offers the best of both worlds. You will find almost all the services of a hotel such as concierge, security presence, pool, and a gym that is open 24/7, with all the comfort of having an entire condo for yourself! This spacious unit includes a fully equipped kitchen stocked with coffee, tea, condiments, etc. and a large private balcony overlooking the pool! There is free parking on site on a first come first serve basis and is limited to one vehicle per reservation.
This condo is managed by Humming Host. We have multiple units that we manage in this building so please contact us if you`re interested in renting more than one.
We are on site every day and available to meet and greet our guests. Find us in the lobby if you need anything during your stay. We look forward to meeting you!
Other notes:
🧳 Complimentary luggage storage is available with our on-site concierge, 7 days a week from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Cleaners cannot hold luggage inside units.
Our neighbor, Tennessee Brew Works, can hold luggage for free (if you buy a drink or food), starting at 10 am for guests who need storage.
👮♂️ Security is present on-site daily from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. No security during the day on Saturday and Sunday.
🅿️ The building offers a free, secured parking garage on the upper level for guests and owners, with 34 spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis (we kindly ask to limit to one vehicle per reservation). An on-site paid public parking garage can be found on the lower level. In this public garage, Hyve guests can park for a flat rate of $20. Free street parking is also available. EV Charging is now available in both garages.
🔒 Latch Smart Locks: Guests will be invited to download The Latch App before their stay. We will need an email on file to give you Latch access.
📍 This new building is centrally located. While it features excellent soundproofing, some noise from other guests, sirens, nearby freight trains, music, and construction may be audible. Sleep sound machines and earplugs are provided. Noise-sensitive guests may prefer a location further from downtown.
Nearby Attractions: Photos in the listing depict places within walking distance or less than 5 minutes by car.
🏓 All Hyve guests have access to building and community amenities. We do not control their cleanliness, maintenance, repair, or availability. We will inform the HOA of any issues but assume no responsibility.
🚭 Smoke-Free: Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, including the courtyard, pool, and condo balconies.
👩👧👧 Families: We provide a pack-n-play, hook-up chair, baby gate (for units with stairs)
🧴 Supplies: We provide ample amenities, including trash bags, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. Additional amenities can be purchased if needed.

We provide two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plus what`s already on the holder. Please note that we do not offer restocking during your stay, so you may need to purchase additional supplies if needed.
*Please note that the urban location may come with some city sounds, including nearby construction, trains, and sirens. The area is home to a diverse community, including individuals who may seek assistance from a nearby shelter.
