Discover your spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in charming Wentzville! Perfect for large families and groups, this multi-level house comfortably accommodates guests with multiple living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large backyard. Enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay in this well-appointed retreat, featuring a mix of king and queen beds for ultimate relaxation.

PETS: To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. This home is DOG friendly ONLY. Max of two dogs. Pet Fee will be sent and charged within 2 weeks of your arrival.

Although we do not like fees we must inform you of the following to help maintain the property:

If you do not honor our DOG ONLY pet policy you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Family wedding stay

Six adults came to stay in this rental home to enjoy a family wedding in the area. The house allowed everyone to have their own sleeping area and the main living room and the large dining table accommodated all of us hanging out and dining together. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals and places to buy food were very close by. The driveway is long and accomodated all our rental cars. It was truly a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this home.

Large house with lots of space and many beds

The house is a really good size and plenty of bedrooms, The mattresses And linens were good, the shower And TV we used were good, The kitchen and the amenities in there were all good. Great washer and dryer. A couple of things I wanted to share regarding our rental:The toilet downstairs is clogged.  We’re not quite sure why.  We tried the plunger that was here in the house, my husband also brought a plunger from his work to try it. It didn’t work.There are stains all over the seat cushions in the dining room. They need to be cleaned or covered.The floorboards along the walls are all scuffed and marked up. The hanging hooks on the main floor bathroom are falling out of the walls and unusable. One of the luggage racks in the closet on the main floor was broken upon arrival and unusable.Trash from the previous renters was still in the dumpster. Nowhere to put our trash so we put it on the back porch.Our power went out in the evening, two of the days. It came back on within a minute, but I notified maintenance. They’re not sure what the cause was.
