This cozy cottage in the heart of LW Beach provides all the basics to feel it as a second home. The Internet connection allows a large range of possibilities: from remote work to video games. The colorful yard offers a perfect spot for relaxation to enjoy nature and meals. It is also a privileged location situated 1.5 miles to the beach and a walk (0.3 miles) to the cultural areas and restaurants of Lake Worth Beach downtown. 7 miles to the airport (PBI)

The area is quiet, safe, and walkable. There is not much traffic and it is a slow-speed area that allows walking with pets or kids without any risk. Besides, the beach is a 15-20 minutes walk. Historic Downtown Lakeworth is just 0.3 miles (5 minutes walk) in which you can find a wide range of restaurants, a theater, a post office, and different kinds of stores, from clothing to antiques. Also, Publix is 3 minutes away from the place.

The home had a very welcoming/cottage appeal and we felt instantly at home. Location is within walking distance of downtown. Our host, Eva, was very responsive when we had a question.

The host was very responsive I had to call a couple of times but my issues were solved promptly. The pictures are 100% accurate - what you see is what you get - also consistent with a relatively low nightly rental rate. I only slept there.

It was as described but a bit disappointing. Location was ok. Able to walk to downtown, Publix, Starbucks. Biggest draw back — depending on season - is no off street parking. It was limited at our visit but I am sure at other times. No issue. The kitchen could be better supplied, but if you don’t plan on cooking no issue. The towels and bed sheets need replaced. Nice fenced in area for privacy

Hi, Genie. The parking is public on the street. It is exactly as described. What is announced is what you got. Everything is as describred. Sorry if you didn't find it convenient, but you knew it before booking. I don't think you would like to receive a 3 stars review as a guest because you paid for the property what you were asked and you were rated 3 stars because you could have paid more. What you did is the same to me.

We were in town for a concert at the amphitheater, it was an easy 12 minute drive to the venue. The house was clean and quiet. Smart TV’s to log into a variety of apps for TV at bed time and morning coffee. Close to the beach and a lot of good local places to eat.

We had to evacuate during hurricane Milton and I found this place online. The management was accommodating to our special needs due to the circumstances. Eva is a wonderful host. We wanted to thank her again. The cottage was cozy and clean. We are very happy with our stay. It is close to the beach and within walking distance to the nearest Publix.

My main compliants about this rental: Shower curtains had mildew Not enough hot water volume for filling tub Some roaches No laundry detergent available Used aluminum foil with food residue from previous guests was in the oven. Oven didn’t work properly. Yard was not private, and front entrance was shared by other guests from another property behind this house. Beds were very uncomfortable, so I slept on the couch. Wifi was not recognized by our devices

NOT THE SAME AS THE PICTURE

Not in condition as advertised. Outside was a disgrace. Has not been maintained in months it seems. Overgrown rotting vegetation. Walkways very filthy. Not a paradise cottage at all. The inside was somewhat clean. It had an odor, but we dealt with it. Very much a Dollar Tree vibe. Kitchen is extremely small with a HUGE refrigerator taking up 90% of the space leaving no room to work. I was not expecting the Ritz, but I wasn’t expecting low grade either. Host communicated she has someone clean the inside only and not the outside and that nobody has complained before. There were disposable shot cups thrown around the front patio. The tarp was just hanging from one corner. If from the recent hurricane, that hurricane was a month ago. I was concerned with large unwanted critters as the outside was the perfect haven for such. Not clean, very filthy outside. Packages from the end of October sitting outside. Host showed up, was annoyed about the packages, threatened to throw them away although she knew who they belonged to. The name on the packages were the host’s name. She left and didn’t even take the packages with her. That shows how much heart she has in this business. Hosts really should be held accountable for not producing what they advertise. I wanted to leave the minute we arrived. This is a real review from a real guest.

Hello, the pictures have been updated January 17, 2025. The packages she is mentioning belonged to another guest to had to pick them up, this is why I didn´t take them. I drove from Boca Raton on a Sunday morning to attend her request. There were some leaves on the yard, and also some plastic cups that a previous guest didn´t pick up from the yard, so I offered myself to remove them to make her more comfortable. She said she didn´t need it, and that she wanted to be left alone. She also promised not to give a bad review. Some guests are unbelievable.
