The back porch overlooks the fairway of the par 5 7th on the 18-Hole championship golf course designed by Lee Trevino and Dave Bennett. Located within walking distance to the clubhouse, which features the following:

The Family room comes furnished with two comfortable couches, a rocking recliner, and 55" smart TV for movie nights and sporting events. Every room and bedroom has a smart TV with connection to 100meg Wi-Fi. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a 2026 updated master bath on suite. The second bedroom has two bunk beds one Twin XL over Queen & one Twin over Twin bunk bed.

- NO PETS
- Please only use toilet paper.
- No flush items: Paper-towels, feminine items, flushable wipes etc.

Things to keep in mind:
- 15 mins to market place Kroger
- 7 mins to Dollar General, Gas stations, and Burnside Marina
- Cell phone signal is spotty on resort
- Bring your own Alcohol (Not sold on resort grounds)
- Golf carts: Rentals at Golf Course Pro Shop

Our property is perfect for family adventures, group golf trips, or a great escape from the city lights. No matter the reason, this unit was made for a good time, with the people you love, in a resort built for having a great vacation.
