Lake front Cabin great for boating, fishing, skiing, tubing, weekend getaway.
Summers are a breeze on this small public All Sports lake. House has 100ft lake frontage with a 30ft dock. Public launch available. Winter it's good for hunting and ice fishing stays. All appliance are new. New TV etc. Easy use for anyone. Lake front, national and state land is close by. Great fishing on the lake includes, Pike, blue gill, bass, sun fish etc. Close to Reed City (8min) for restaurants, laundry, grocery and gas. Cadillac and Big Rapids 25 mins away.
