Cozy tiny house cabin (24x 16) and beautiful camper trailor (33x 9) on campsite! Perfect for couples or can accommodate up to 6 between both places! Studio style floor plan accommodates 2 people and you can accommodate 4 more people with a beautiful trailor and proximity is close to each other. Tiny home includes Full bed, small kitchen, small full restroom, tiny oven, small refrigerator, microwave, table for 2 and washer/dryer. Camper trailor includes one queen sized bed and two twins, one full bathroom, mini fridge and microwave. Tiny house and camper trailer come equipped with amenities such as small kitchen, wifi, electric, water, small restrooms, electric fireplaces and flat TV screens.
Enjoy the full nature with the Ponyfarm Campsite away from the city. Outside fireplaces and a deck attached to home to share with your loved one(s)! Also comes equipped with outside jacuzzi (holds four) under the lighted gazebo and cooking grills. Enjoy making memories playing horse shoe and corn hole.
Property is on over 1 acre of land and surrounded by trees and fence.
Chopped wood, charcoal, lighter fluid, lighters, towels, paper products and propane are included.

Nice Getaway, Hidden away

Overall, we had a great stay! We didn't stay in the RV because there were only two of us! The property would be great with a group! There is plenty of room to park and play. There were games to play, cornhole, horseshoes, UNO, and Dominos. The hot tub was a plus for me! The grill was exceptionally clean. All the appliances were top-of-the-line and in working order! It's about a 20 drive to the town but didn't mind it at all.

My husband and I stayed at the Tiny House for 2 days and nights as we were in town to check on our house being built nearby. As soon as we pulled into the campsite, we were smitten. This property is beautiful. The owner has amazing vision with the set-up-gazebos, hot tub, lighting, grills and firepits. . The house was immaculate and while “tiny”, has everything we needed. The bed is comfortable as well. The decor inside is just as beautiful as the campsite. Daniel provided a camper that can be used for 2 additional people. It is a VERY nice camper. We really hated to leave because it was the most comfortable and relaxing place we have stayed. We will definitely be back and will recommend the Tiny House to family who may want to visit. FYI - The house next door is available to rent as well if you need more room. No doubt that rental is spectacular too. We had a question or two after we arrived and contacted Daniel. He was quick to respond. He even messaged us the day of our arrival to inquire if we’d be coming in late, as he was going to make sure lights were on for us. Because of our crazy schedule, we did get a chance to respond before arrival. But what a nice gesture! Thank you, Daniel! You have a beautiful place!
