The place was clean and well-stocked. The only real downside that the listing does not mention is that the bedroom with the bunk beds is only accessible from the main upstairs area by going outside (no stairs inside). We were hoping to have our two young boys stay in the bunk beds, but with it being only accessible by going outside it is really not ideal for families with younger kids. The lower level covered deck was nice, though the TV didn't really work (flickering), and the screens and doors could use some TLC, but overall not a big deal and a great space. I did have to refill the propane tank myself as the one it came with was nearly empty, which was an unplanned expense, but again, minor annoyance. Also the garbage cans were stacked above the brim from the previous guests upon arrival, but they were handled the next day. There was a minor plumbing issue with one of the faucets but the property managers sent someone out quickly to fix it. There was also someone out to clean the pool, though we weren't notified in advance of this, but again not a huge deal. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but the biggest thing that needs to be called out is that the lower level is not accessible from the upper level from the inside, and requires going outside to get there, which is a big deal with small children.
