Charming efficiency with separated large kitchen. Historic vintage, unique. Peaceful & simple, feels like home. Useful kitchen appliances. Full Bath. Safe convenient location. Walking distance to downtown. Comfortable furniture, Dedicated desk workspace. Smart TV & super fast wifi. Great for a weekend get away or longer stay. The kitchen is its own separate room with lots of storage and pots and pans. The kitchen has a four burner gas stove, a microwave, large capacity flash fryer convection combo toaster oven, and a coffeemaker.

The memory foam twin bed is medium firm, The bed with wooden slats- more comfortable than springs. Everyone reports they like the bed.

We have blazingly fast speed wifi. Small 24" smart TV with HDTV reception (30 channels) & ROKU smart streaming functions.
