Casa Adefra is located on El Conde Street, which is the pedestrian street of the Colonial Zone. From our place you can visit all the places in the area walking. The place has 9 suites; ask us for the link where you will see the suite options that we offer on airbnb. Each fully renovated suite has keyless access, its own private bathroom, smart TV with local cable and Netflix, closet, safe, air conditioning, electric water heater, electric stove with two burners, and free fast Wi-Fi. Spacious, quiet and cozy suite and loft style room of 25 square meters plus a 9 square meters balcony overlooking Calle El Conde. Queen bed, with private bathroom and all the necessary amenities needed to have a pleasant and comfortable stay. Each suite has its own private bathroom, smart TV with local cable and Netflix, closet, safe, air conditioning, electric water heater, electric stove with two burners, and free Wi-Fi. Room located on the fourth level, we do not have an elevator. On the third level, Casa Adefra has a terrace with furniture and a Jacuzzi for the exclusive use of our guests. -Quiet, walkable and central area. Ideal to spend a few days of relaxation where you can visit the historical places of the city, bars and restaurants on foot. -Zona tranquila, transitable y céntrica. Ideal para pasar unos días de relajación donde podrás visitar caminando los lugares históricos de la ciudad, bares y restaurantes. -You can park on the streets or paying parking in nearby parking lots subject to availability. To get to know the area you can do it on foot, or by renting electric skateboards or bicycles in nearby stores. -Se pueden parquear en las calles o pagando parqueos en estacionamientos cercanos sujeto a disponibilidad. Para conocer la zona pueden hacerlo caminando, o rentando patinetas eléctricas o bicicletas en tiendas cercanas. In the 1960s, our grandmother Adela and our father Franklin decided to build a building on Calle El Conde and set up a furniture and decorations store, to which they decided to name Casa Adefra after the initials of their names. In 2019, our family began the renovation of the building to offer a shopping mall and nine suites and loft style apartments and decided to keep the name that gave life to the building in its beginnings, Casa Adefra.
