We had a fantastic time here with 3 families and 7 little kid cousins who thoroughly enjoyed the property! It was great proximity to Pedernales State Park and Marble Falls, which also had several restaurants and entertainment spots to enjoy as a family. I'd definitely book here again.
We loved the game room and spent hours in there. The property grounds were great with lots of room to spread out. And each house had everything you needed from pots and pans to extra blankets to plenty of drinking water!
This place is great if you have a large group, like a family reunion, and has lots of space and privacy. It is rural, but still within 20 minutes of a huge HEB in Marble Falls. My family all loved this place so much that we started talking about next years trip on the last morning we were there. The host was super great at communicating and the place was clean.
Really great place to stay if you have a lot of family or friends with you. Loads of beds. Plenty of common spaces as well as areas to chill alone. Nice to have the pool and hot tub.
This was the perfect option for my family. I have adult children. It was nice to be together but still have our own space.

Family getaway.
We enjoyed our time, the property needed more up keeping. And the description of the pool needs to be more specific. But in all our family enjoyed the weekend.
It was great place for large group. The pool area was excellent. The only problem was the log cabin was hot. It would not cool off . But even with the hot log cabin we all had a great time. Will visit again,
We hosted my boyfriend’s 30th birthday here- and it was perfect! The different sleeping locations allowed all of our groups of friends to comfortably relax and spread out. We all took a short drive to Pedernales for a hike (40ish minutes), but spent most of our time enjoying the property. The pool, hot tub, game room (No AC but they provided great fans!), multiple kitchens and bathrooms made hosting a large crowd easy. Plus, all of the beds were comfortable! Hosts were great when we asked questions but also gave us plenty of privacy and trust which we appreciated! Everyone at the party said that we created a “core memory”, so thank you!
We recently stayed at this property with three other families, and overall, it was a very good experience. The main house and cabins were spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating all of us. The kids especially loved the pool. While the pool and hot tub needed some maintenance, the hosts were very responsive and addressed our feedback quickly. We appreciated their attentiveness. We would definitely consider staying here again for future vacations.
We enjoyed the property and the location. The main house and log cabin were very nice and spacious. The retro trailer was OK, but did not have working refrigerator or stove. The winery apartment was large with 2 bathrooms. We did have an issue with the plumbing in the apartment, but the owners were quick to send out a plumber to take care of the problem. We would recommend this property as a great place for a large group. We would book again.

Spacious but outdated
For the most part, the place was good for what our family of 13 needed. The pool and hot tub were great. There were a few things that needed fixing. The grill was old and did not work well at all. Some toilets were not working properly. Faucets, showers, and sinks were giving very low pressure. Although the hosts were responsive and I appreciate that.
We slept 15 people, 6 couples and 3 singles. The living/kitchen/dining areas were spacious enough for us all, and everyone had enough space and privacy for sleeping and showering. The pool was cool and shaded even on 100+ degree afternoons. The hot tub was nice also. The AC in the cabin and ranch house had difficulty catching up on Friday night, but was fine by Saturday. The travel trailer was very chilly by the window AC but still warm on the queen bed end. Given the crazy heat wave, no shocker there.
