A Gourmet's Delight

The flat is not air-conditioned as I expected but nonetheless stayed cool on the two 30° days that I was there. The situation of the property is superb. It is a gourmet's, delight with multiple boucherie, charcuterie, boulangerie, fromager and even a poissonnerie at your doorstep not to mention multiple cafes and restaurants. All appliances were well. It was a delight to sit on the balcony in the evenings relaxing with a glass of wine and admiring the streetscape. It is within walking distance of Galleries Lafayette and the other Grand Magasin. There are multiple useful metro lines within short walking distance.

What a great place to stay

This was our third VRBO within the 2 week vacation to Ireland and Paris. We were so happy to be in a unit that was represented correctly on the VRBO site. The location was fantastic for our city stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. Access was easy and we were happily surprised that the unit is on the 6th floor with elevator access. The elevator is small and rather tight if you have large pieces of luggage but don't let that discourage you. The building was quiet for the most part during the night but if you leave the windows open you will find out that the school across the street starts at 8:00 am with very joyous music as the children run and play in the courtyard. Everything you need is just around the corner. There is a supermarket, cafe, bakery, butcher, wine shop and even a florist within feet of the front door. The host was very informative and left instructions to use the TV and some appliances. There is a folding table and chairs on the balcony so you can enjoy a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening and watch the bustle of city life down below. I highly recommend this unit if you are interested in a city stay in Paris.

Fantastique!

This is a great apartment in a fantastic neighborhood. The apartment itself was nicely furnished, clean, and has nice views out to the neighborhood. Even the top of Sacre Coeur is visible. It has everything you need for a great stay. Kitchen is fully furnished for those times that you want to cook in. The building and street outside is quiet, which can be hard to find in a big city. Remi was very responsive and made sure we had all the info we needed. The neighborhood is really great. There are many markets, shops, and restaurants right around the corner. Multiple bakeries, fruit and veg markets, meat and fish, small boutiques, gelato and treats, laundromat, etc. I could go on. I have been to Paris many times and I think this is my favorite spot. Also, the metro lines nearby get you to the major places very easily. Super convenient. I will definitely stay here again.
