Definitely a great place to stay, the apartment was spacious, clean, bright and the kitchen well adapted for all the needs. The building fantastic, parking space, and high-end security front desk. Fabulous!Overall the apartment was a top rate stay for me and my family, six at this time, with one 14yr old and one 15yr old. The reason I am not awarding 5 stars to the apartment is because of the following circumstances:The communication with hostess was outstanding, once the time came close for arrival. Rosalba clearly explained our requests via WhatsApp during our stay, after establishing contact. I had to called VRBO, couple hours before arrival, since my messages to hostess were not answered and when you travel from overseas, have to drive close to four hrs. to your destination and start predicting a late arrival, communication is a must. I needed to be sure my reservation was ready, and also I wanted to notify our late arrival to the hostess since in the event of no late access, I had to have a plan B.The check-in process, follows a protocol that requires IDs, photo and guess bracelet, which you must wear during your entire stay.The pool, jacuzzi, Sauna, gym and recreational área is great, unfortunately, when trying to used it, the protocol makes it a job;Reservations must be made in advance (24 hrs.) We wanted to play basketball, requested balls at the front desk, and were told that they were not available. With that said, I highly recommend the apartment. Thank you
