Prestigious Penthouse Residence 2 Block to the biggest plaza in Pdc

The Penthouse is in the new city center, 10 minutes from 5th Av and the Beach. Just 100 meters from shopping centers and self-service stores. It is a UNIQUE space in its decoration and is completely for you, it has parking, a swimming pool, security, and common areas to which you have access, fully equipped for your comfort as if you were home. It is on the fourth floor and has an elevator for easy access, ideal for families of 6 people.
Accommodation
This accommodation is planned for our guests, it has all the necessary elements for a pleasant stay, and it is a unique and charming PH.

The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, A/C, private bathroom, and closet, while the second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, TV, A/C, and closet.

The living room has a TV, A/C, sofa bed, fan, dining room for 6 people, and a balcony with chairs, our kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

The Roof Top has beds for sunbathing, a table for 6 people, a barbecue, a jacuzzi, and an incredible view.

You can enjoy streaming, Netflix, and DIRECTV GO (HBO, BLIM).

Guest access
Access to the residential is through my authorization to reception or security, it is important to send me a photo of your identification on both sides so that I can request access by email, once this is done we will send you automatic access instructions. , and the security guards will be able to give you free access to the residential complex. When you arrive at the apartment you will find a key box and you must enter the code assigned in the instructions to enter the condominium.

You can easily find the private parking space, it is marked with the number B20 on the ground. If you have questions about parking, you can ask our security guard or you can look at some of them in the photographs.
