We enjoyed our stay. The only throwback was the stairs. With three kinds of arthritis it was difficult climbing the stairs. Everything met our expectations

Location and pet friendly

Property is an end unit on the third floor of the building. You have a balcony where you can see a little glimpse of the ocean. The listing could be updated to indicate there is a smoke and co2 detector on site. There are also additional beach chairs in addition to the two free ones you get on the beach. Unit is a short walk to beach. Overall clean with some updates and some outdated items. Was pet friendly and we loved that and location. Limited towels so bring laundry detergent. Also no spices or any supplies. Bought liquid hand soap, salt and pepper, Saran and baggies.

Nice condo, many inconveniences

This property was a very nice fit for our family. But the problems started when we got there. Our code wouldn't work. No biggie. We had it resolved in under 10 minutes, got a new code and got in. The next day I get a message about the washer. It still works, but a new upgraded one had been ordered. I went to use it and it filled with water and stopped. Wouldn't drain, wouldn't do anything. I texted about it and it took them from 9:30 until 4:00 to tell me all I had to do was push down on the lid. Again, frustrating but not a big deal (we were there a week and the new washer never came). The third day, our door lock (which is an electronic keypad) stopped working. Which means you either leave your condo unlocked or stay there until someone comes to look at it. I stayed while my family went and enjoyed the beach and pool. It was 2 1/2 hours until someone came and all they had to do was change the batteries. Day four, the keypad stopped working again! I called at 2:20 and it wasn't fixed til 4:30. The person from the day before had tightened the back too much?? It was loosened and worked the rest of the week. We really did enjoy our stay here. We had friends that stayed a couple doors down and they didn't have to call their property managers one time. It was really frustrating we had so many issues.
