Community amenities include a heated pool with huge hot tub located on the south side of the building which enables year round/all day sunshine with no obstruction perfect for winter months. The pool deck also includes picnic area and outdoor kitchen. There are also community tennis courts pickle ball and a basketball hoop. All of this located near the strip mall a short walk from the building which contains all your retail and restaurants you will need.
