Luxury Condo at Kameole Beach

Maui Banyan Resort is located a few hundred feet walk from 3 of the most famous beaches in Maui, Kameole Beach I, II, and III. Unit T106 is on the ground floor and is located at the back of the resort with garden views that appreciated for it's peace & quiet as well as its privacy. The unit is completely updated with the finest fixtures and includes a huge "floating" king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom as well as a full guest bath and leather pullout sofa.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for enjoying home-cooked meals while you're in paradise. And we also provide you with 4 full-face snorkel-free masks for your enjoyment with as many Tommy Bahama beach chairs to go along with 2 quality boogie boards. We want you to have everything you might otherwise have to buy or bring with you, right there ready to use.

You will have a private parking spot and will be centrally located in the town of Kihei.

You will be centrally located in the town of Kihei, surrounded by some of the finest local shops and restaurants; all of which are a mere walk away from the condo. You will want to visit the entire island and the many different beaches however the three that are literally across the street from your condo are wide with soft white sands and different styles of wave action that is perfect for everyone. Surfers and wave-riders love the Kameole Beaches but there are breakwaters that also allow for clear snorkeling and gentle waters for little kids. It is truly a perfect place to make as your home base.
Please return furniture to it's original location and report any damage prior to departure. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, please respect your neighbors especially when on the balcony.

Two bathroom were a bonus!

Maui Banyan Resort was a great, secure, peaceful place to stay, and the location was perfect. Within walking distance to the Kameole beaches (I, II, II) and shops. There is a pool close to the unit and very nice BBQ grills. The grounds are very well taken care of, and the staff is very friendly. The owner was very helpful, responded very quickly to my text, and was easy to work with… A+ The unit was very clean and updated with everything you would need. The two bathrooms were such a bonus; they were clean and updated. The floating lite-up king-size bed was impressive and the first time I had seen one. Very Cool! Supplied with beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, and more. My husband and I stayed here for a week, and we would definitely stay here again. We were married on the beach six years ago, and Maui will always be a very special place for us.

We believe you shouldn't have to spend $10,000 to have an amazing vacation in Maui; but if we're doing our job right then when you get on that return flight you will feel like you just did.

Why they chose this property

The location! If you've ever been to Maui then you know that Kam II and III are the best all-around beaches to play in, on, and around. And yet it's also right in the heart of Kihei so you never need to drive to dinner or for drinks or to shop. In short, it makes for the perfect location to make "home base" for a Maui vacation.

We also chose this property because we wanted a large condo with 2 full bathrooms so that we could host small families (2 + 2 kids). We are hosts & have families, too, and nothing is more magical that watching mainland children experience Maui for the first time.

What makes this property unique

The quality of the furnishings and the unit itself. Everything is first class and we spared no expense to make it comfortable. If you stay at a Vacation Hospitality property you will discover that you don't need to pack your snorkel and mask or buy beach chairs or towels. We know that no matter where you come from you are flying a long way and lugging a lot of luggage with you, the last thing you need to worry about is sand & beach toys.

For you it is a vacation but for us - we hope - it is the beginning of a long relationship.
