Guest bathroom with tile floors with natural stone vanity top, tub with wall surround tile. Both bedrooms have spacious, custom built closets. Custom queen pullout in great room to accommodate guests. Custom designed kitchen is fully stocked and has large granite island, sink pot filler, and a full size washer & dryer.
Beautiful grass yard with view of large rock outcroppings. Fire pit with wood provided. Mountain views and seasonal view of the Ski Slopes. Brand new hot tub located on the back deck. Scenic views from all directions.
Easy to access on all paved roads. Gravel driveway with large flat parking area.
