Gorgeous Newly Renovated 2nd Master with Private Courtyard South Scottsdale
Newly renovated 1 story home with an Unfurnished 2nd master bedroom with private bath, large walk in closet, flat screen tv, & slider to your own private courtyard. Home is in a prime South Scottsdale location across from a beautiful park. Room is not furnished but the rest of the home is furnished. Ive gotten too many long term requests where the bedroom furniture wasn’t needed so I no longer have that furniture although a bed can be purchased if needed for a long stay. This is for 1 room for rent in my home. I’m a nice & inviting interior designer who lives in the Primary Master. Small dog ok. No smoking of any kind, No visitors for my safety. I’m the only other person who will be living in the home. Beautiful, serene, and quiet. Across from a wonderful park! Must love dogs.
